Long Term Care Facilities
Through an agreement with ProHealthCare LLC, an MGA, MUSIC is able to provide coverage for senior long term care facilities. Coverage is available to quality for-profit, not-for-profit, and religiously affiliated facilities that provide skilled nursing, rehabilitation and/or assisted living options for their residents.
We offer:
Limits of $1,000,000/$3,000,000 with defense inside or outside the limit for:
Professional Liability (Occurence Trigger):

True professional coverage covering the liability of the facility arising out of resident care, treatments and procedures.

Contracted medical directors are covered for their duties as directors and as attending physicians for residents.

Sexual misconduct is specifically defined to include “wanted” and “unwanted” advances.

Coverage for peer review
- Loading and unloading of residents is not excluded
General Liability (Occurrence Trigger)

Including contractual, products and completed operations, advertising and personal injury (including consequential bodily injury), medical payments and damage to rented property.
