Michael is responsible for underwriting MGA business. Formerly, he served three years as a vice president at New York Magic, Inc. He has also worked at the vice president level at White Mountains Underwriting Ltd., Folks America, Ltd. and Risk Capital Reinsurance Corporation. Prior to entering the insurance profession in 1995, Michael was an attorney with the Charlotte law firm of Ralph Dougherty and a patent examiner with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He received his Jurist Doctorate from Franklin Pierce Law Center and his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Maritime College, State University of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar, the United States Patent and Trademark Bar and a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
