David joined us in 2007 to help start up Montpelier US. He is now responsible for overseeing the operations of all of our companies across the US. David trained as a management accountant in Ireland and the United Kingdom before joining Wellington in the mid-90's as a treasury accountant. He worked in the finance team within the Wellington Lloyd's Syndicate in London and Ipswich for 5 years before he relocated to the US to work as CFO of Wellington's intermediary operation sourcing business to the UK. David is a member of the Association of Chartered Management Accountants.
