U. S. Brokered Property Facultative
Overview:
We underwrite North American exposures for catastrophe and non-catastrophe facultative placements for the U.S. broker reinsurance market and U. S. domiciled cede companies. Offering full value, primary, and excess of loss support, we entertain certificate and non-catastrophe bearing program and semi- automatic agreements
Cover:
- All risk including or excluding flood and earthquake.
- Stand alone perils including Tier One wind, Zone A flood, and critical earthquake ( including deductible buy downs )
- Full Value, primary, and excess of loss placements for up to $10M line
- Working catastrophe line of $500,000 for “in PML” catastrophe placements as modeled with up to $1.5M maximum when 10,000 only event exposed

Property Treaty
Overview:
- We will look to optimize our risk underwriting experience by focusing on pro rata and working layer excess business for a select group of Excess and Surplus lines and Regional carriers.
- We will act as a lead market by taking meaningful shares so we have a say in the treaty terms and conditions.
- Although our focus is to underwrite property, we have the capability to provide companion support for casualty lines. Liability is offered for slip and fall exposures which compliment the property exposures.
